The arrested, 22-year-old apparently acted alone, reports jyllands-postenEpxes broadcast.
Police believe these are random victims with no distinction of race or gender.
The 22-year-old man arrested in the case was pre-known in the psychiatrist and also known to the police.
The prisoner had a rifle and a knife.
