The Albanian prime minister suggested that Albania and the Netherlands are preparing a proposal on how to articulate on the ground of real European life the idea of Macro for the new European political community.
Rama stressed that he will continue co-operation with Prime Minister Rutte to promote a constructive and productive debate on Europe.
Rama: Visit to The Hague has had remarkable news of Albania's morale and perspective.
Albania, along with the Netherlands, will prepare a proposal for how to articulate on the basis of real European life, France's president's idea of the European New Political Community.
This is a new idea to generate a new European energy and power, without replacing or bypassing the European Union enlargement process.
While the idea of Albania's Albanian-Elandez proposal took life just during its visit to The Hague, where, in high esteem, Albania's work and achievements, and also by praising our critical contribution to the European Council table, Prime Minister Mark Rutte asked me to put the idea of the new European political community together, as two friendly countries -- one at the roots of the EU, the other not yet in the EU -- a common view of how to live.
This is an unimaginable moment until a few years ago in Albania's international political arena and beyond, as well as a touching expression for Albania and Albanians.
We will work with Prime Minister Rutte and our teams to promote a constructive and productive debate for Europe and all Europeans at the Grand Summit on this topic in Prague next October, where we will present our proposal.
