NPB Download, Hajdar Hoxha calls political attack

He has warned that he will follow legal ways towards his dismissal decision.

Such political decisions and attacks have only further strengthened my beliefs and goals. And of course it won't allow these decisions and illegal and biased attacks to pass without following all legal procedures against them, he wrote on Facebook.

Hoxha through a long reaction has said that his work has been done with professionalism and commitment.

Today, I was notified of the decision by the Acting Board of Directors of the National Public Enterprise for my dismissal from the position of chief executive of the company.

In the National Public Company for the period I have worked, I have done my work with professionalism and dedication, always trying to improve the company and provide better and effective services to the citizens of Pristina.

I found the company with only one Project on the run, the maintenance one. With commitment and a very high focus on implementing strategic goals, always considering the company's strongest points, organising staff in the team work that has reflected in the creation of synergy in their workplace, generating business values, and the proper realomeration of resources, have made today's participation these successes:

• A renovation of 600 entrances

The project, which included over 600,000 people, under which 110 employees are employed;

• Urgent Interventions

The project through which thousands of interventions were conducted in Pristina public spaces, in which 60 employees are engaged;

• Solitary Renovation

Making the provision of close to 3m euros in donations to the project, today the Soliters of Pristina's iconic buildings are returning to their official outlook.

• Increase in NPB real estate

Through this project there has become an increase in wealth through renovation and reconstruction of locals: reconstruction of the premises at Adrian Krasniac. In addition, there has been increased wealth through construction, in properties where high construction in urban plans is envisioned. The launch of the project in Laksa. And increased wealth through the return of property ownership confiscated.

• There's been a drawing up of the Confrontable Banning Project;
• The minimum wage increase has been made from 250 euros to 400 euros;
• As for the financial exercise on NPB:

Incomes have increased from 700 grand to about 5 million.

The 3 million loss now is over 4 million accumulated profits. So the difference is 7 million profit.

Of the less than 1m euros you have available, there are now 5 million.

NPB's wealth from 12 million has increased to 84 million;

• Audition reports have improved from the reverse opinion to unqualified opinion;

And as a result of these jobs from 90 to the number of employees at NPB, it has increased to 270.

So the goal has been extremely clear, The NPB becomes synonymous with organised and healthy life in Pristina, to be recognised as an example of perfection in citizens' services, as well as to be the initiator of building a system which will enable us to have sustainable policies for the city.

And that I have achieved that goal, I have no doubt. So today, even in the face of this decision, I stand proud that I have arrived together with a small but highly productive team to make radical changes for the good of the city and the citizens.

Such political decisions and attacks have only strengthened my beliefs and goals. And it certainly will not allow such decisions and illegal and biased attacks to go unnoticed by all legal procedures against them.

I thank the NPB's staff and management very much for the extraordinary work and cooperation that they have offered during this time, and at the same time, I want a lot of success in the future.
