Murati got mixed up in Svechla, illegally declared the ATK director's contest against the law.

The College of Independent Council for Civil Service of the Republic of Kosovo has found that the finance ministry, which is legally headed by the Iron Murati, has illegally announced the competition for the position of Kosovo Tax Administration Director, since such a procedure is the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs led by Minister Jelal Svecla.

This is because the ATK director's position enters within the top positions of the Civil Service and the right to announce the contest is to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a result, the KPMSHC College has asked the finance minister to cancel the competition for the position of the ATK director, and to continue the same cautions that the competition and selection for such a position be made in accordance with recommendations provided by the document on extraordinary monitoring, the newspaper Express reports.
