In regard to the Memorandum case between the Ministry of Environment and UBT College, we announce that during the process of collecting information in the case, the Anti-Corruption Agency has accepted confirmation from Minister Aliu to cancel this memorandum. In the opinion issued by the Anti-Corruption Agency, all actions have been reviewed and praised, and after the act of annulment of Memorandumi, the case is currently considered closed”, the AKK's response given to Periscope reported on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, in the opinion of Minister Aliu, the AKK has said it has given its recommendations based on current legislation, about how possible situations of future interest conflict should be declared and avoided, since they are presented.

Periscop has seen this decision cancelled by Minister Aliu in May, so few days after the AKK had launched an investigation into potential conflicts of interest.
