The new chairman of the Kosovo Economic Ode is Lulzim Rafuna.
He was elected by 27 votes in the OEK Assembly, while the head of the Assembly has been elected Sami Mazrek by the Bureau of Security.
Lulzim Rafuna was former director of Kosovo Customs, acting finance minister and adviser to former Finance Minister Bedri Hamza and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
The race for the first OEK was also Ruzhdi Kurtishaj, who received 12 votes and Erza Vela, who garnered 11 votes.
The mandate of Kosovo's Economic Ode Chairman is four years-old, until he has so far held Berat Rukiqi,
