Serbs in the north have blocked several roads hours before the start of reciprocity measures with documents. KFOR has come out on the ground to monitor the situation while an alarm has been sparked in municipalities in the north calling for citizens' meetings.

This is the Kosovo Police' announcement of closing border points:

July 31, 2022,

Kosovo police have closed the border for passenger circulation and for vehicles at the Bernjak and Jarinje border crossings, due to roadblocks to these border crossings Jarinje and Bernjak.

All citizens are announced to use other border crossings for circulation.
