In the KMDLNj communiqué, it is said that after that decision lehonia mothers have used their right to take advantage of the measure. In the KMDLN we have recently received complaints that the Ministry of Finance and Transference is violating their right to the benefit of this right of many lehonia mothers. Some of them have been engaged in one day's work, mainly in the Kosovo election process, and which has wrongly been the reason for the ministry to halt the right to these benefits. The ministry has a phone line which, during 90% of the time, is convenient to be informed about no lesions. KMDLNj has confirmed this claim by Lehonia mothers. In addition to the phone line, there is also a <x0-commission” that examines the Lebanon complaints. According to claims received by free phone officials, this commission is not known who made it, when they meet, where, or how do they consider complaints? There's an email address you can turn to but you never get answers to.
After KMDLNj's insistence on a particular case the telephone line officials state to us that “does not give way to the sorbety without taking those before”!!!! !
Denying the right first to be informed of all Lehonia mothers to carry out their right represents human rights violations. The approach and conduct of officials who answer the telephone line should be in line with official behavior by respecting the right of mothers to inform. The ministry urgently needs to respond to all mothers who are waiting for answers to their right. Also, the commission, which praises the complaints, should be more responsible in treating the subjects and informing the parties of their complaint.
Likewise, for KMDLNj it is unacceptable to approach the officials who the vehicles will receive, but “should not give it” this is insulting and such approach must be stopped. All lehonia mothers must realize their right to fair gain and time means by Mass 3.5.
KMDLNj encourages all Lehonia mothers to present their cases at KMDLNj.
The KMDLNj calls for the Finance Ministry to prevent the continuation of these violations and to respond to all those who have filed complaints if they fail to realise their right, the communique says.
