Through a Facebook text, the Japanese Embassy says they are saddened by death, while adding that Abe launched the Western Balkans Co-operation Initiative to promote peace and stability in the region.
The suggestions we have received today are evidence of our strong friendly relations between Japan and Kosovo, which Mr. Abe made a huge contribution”, said in response.
