Before the Commission for Health and Social Health is reporting the director of the Health Insurance Fund, Fatmir Plaqiqi, who, over allegations of abuses that have appeared in the media, said they are biased. He said he'd send the file to the police on Friday.
According to him, since 2018 the attacks have started, which he said coincides with the time since he proposed changing administrative direction from now on.
Regarding the offices of agencies near the Fund, Plakiqi said she has invited the health inspectorate to know the nature of these agencies and by the Inspectorate they have told her there is no competence because it is the ARBK's component.
According to him, so far 44 health institutions that are based and the amount of untapped funds is 1.4 million.
According to him, equalised hospitals are local.
He said they are now in the drawing phase with 48 institutions abroad in northern Macedonia and Turkey.
The old man said when he was noticed there was something suspicious he was addressed on the board.
“Bord is competent to verify and approve and contact the family and hospital. When demand is approved we do the transaction. When it was said that the patient paid but didn't get service, there's nothing left in health institutions, there's no theoretical chance”, he said.
MP Haxhi Avdyli said the fund operates under the Law for Health Insurance.
“On what basis did you put our state in debt”, he asked.
That's why Old Man had an answer.
“We didn't put the state in debt, it put us in debt QKUUK and MS. The board of outside treatments is competent for approval and rejection of requests for subvention”, he said.
Plakiqi said the 2021 engagements are 1.6 million, while the courses that are expected by the board for approval are 7.7m euros potential non-admitted euros that services have been carried out.
