So said at the Government meeting on Monday, July 4.
Regarding this decision, Albanian Post has contacted the Secretary of the Kosovo Gastronomous Association, Arian Vranica, who has said they have not been informed of making such a decision.
The “has been a decision without public consultation that affects a sector that is not consulted in making this decision, they do not know the quality of water supplied whether it is fit for customers to wear out because the same could be cured for cleaning and cleaning and such cases”, Vranica says of the AP.
According to him, customers cannot be served without knowing the quality of water.
How can a client be cured unless they know the quality, unless they know he's fit”
The “Ide is for the purpose of maintaining hygiene and consumption, especially at this time of high temperatures, this decision was to consult earlier that we have no choice now because it is now late the step of government”.
In the meantime, he explains that he is the same as he was in 2021.
I read last year's administrative directive on water quality, but this is talking about certificates issued by the IKSHPK that mean this is a process that lasts, but what the decision is written I don't know and therefore I can't even have a full attitude of”.
Veton Zuka of the Gastronom Association has also come up with a reaction to the decision.
The one on his social network, Facebook, considers the cost of this decision to be quite high.
“Uy needs to be served there are only costs to me that it seems to me that they've started from Greece and other ones to serve without begging, but to have three-four-dollar coffee”
Whatever it is, 90% of the businesses are willing of extra cost, it's not like they've made a decision but they've got something else to do.
The adoption of this decision envisions that in the situation where the gastronomy object is supplied by wells, reservoirs, or network that is not managed by public water companies, the owner is obliged to monitor the quality of the water in accordance with administrative navigation for the quality of water destined for human consumption.
Also, in these situations, the owner should be equipped with water quality certificate from the National Institute for Public Health and expose it to the locals.
