Certainly there was no lack of Albanian gangs among the three major drug gangs. The first is the band called “Sinaloa Cartel”, which has been operating in Ecuador since 2009.
Second is the “generation cartel Re Jalisco”
The Albanian mafia, which according to foreign media, started its criminal activity in Ecuador in 2014, reports the Spanish media.
This gang cooperates with the so-called mafia “R7”.
All these groups finance and control the routes of air and sea cocaine transport.
