On the date 13,07,2022 The Department of Criminal Police-Sector for Unfettered Trades, Arms and Dangerous Materials, in co-ordination with the Commission to Enhancing Canabis for Medical Purposes and SPB Ohrid, on the basis of pre-security judicial order, have conducted raids and checks on the judicial subject at f. During the raid it has been found that video surveillance in the entire facility is not working, while 2,388 cannabis plants have been found that have been cultivated outside the object, contrary to pre-law conditions, 1,006 cannabis seedlings, contrary to the number represented by 616 plants. And 820 cannabis plants have been found inside the facility, although despite earlier information sent to the Commission, the legal subject has not been produced because of the renovation of the facility.
Also, in one of the spaces have been found branches of the cannabis plant at the stage of drying and dry flowers, for which until now they have not informed the Commission, and in the vault the room has been found 343kg of dried cannabis flowers, which, according to information, represents the surplus of 7kg of unscrambles of cannabis in the room and 269kg “> <xhox1>, lettubes and branches from cannabis. Also, during the raid on the law subject's subcululation, vessels have been found that have been used to produce cannabis oil, even though the legal subject in question has no permission to produce such oil.
A person who, according to the evidence of the RMV Employment Agency is unemployed and 5 Albanian citizens who have been engaged in legal, but unmarked, has been informed of the Foreign Sector of Border and Migration Department and the State Labour Inspectorate, and will be presented with relevant statements, as informed by MPB spokesperson Suzannjiq Talevska.

After documenting the testimony material, PTHP Ohrid will present criminal charges for criminal acts committed under Article 95-V of the Narcotics Control Law.
