Drustvo Elektrosever) ignores obligations of the northern electricity agreement: ZRE forwards a request

The Energy Regulatory Office has confirmed that the company “Electric” is not respecting the obligations of the agreement and license this institution issued a few weeks ago. From the ZRER, they say they made another request to “Electricity” for the job.

The company “Drustvo Elektrosever” is not respecting the agreement and deadlines for meeting obligations set forth in the license it was issued three weeks ago.

That's what they said from the Energy Regulatory Office.

Petit Pepaj of the ZRER has told Gazeta Express that KOSTT, KEDS occurred and KESCO have fulfilled the agreement's obligations on schedule, but not even Elektroseveri.

Pepaj has indicated that they have made another request to the company in question.

The “Despite the progress of jobs under the terms of COST, KEDS and KESCO in finalising the above-mentioned agreements has been noted to have stalled in their finalisation by Elektrosever. Z The RRE, through official communication, has asked Elektrosever to adhere to the obligations and deadlines outlined in the Board's decision by the date of the issuance of licenses, obligations which are also part of the” agreement, Pepaj declared for Express.

According to Pepate, KEDS has remained to send the commercial service delivery agreement to ElektroSEr.

“KEDS, KESCO and COST have had continued communications with Elektrosever on meeting the obligations stemming from the ZRE Board's decision. COSTT has long sent to Elektrosever all necessary technical agreements to operate on the energy market in Kosovo, as they are: The Agreement for Access to Market Rules and the Agreement on Balance Obligations. While KED has submitted the key deal, expectations are for KEDS to submit to Elektrosver and commercial service delivery agreement”, Pipate's answers reported.

That the company that was licensed for electricity supply to the country's four northern municipalities is not respecting the agreement, had confirmed it also by COST.

COSTTT's spokeswoman, Elvane Devedji Osmani, has told Gazeta Express that Elektroseveri is still providing the data for consumers and that agreements have been signed.

“The Elektrosever company has not yet provided COST data as envisioned at the second point, and no agreements have been signed with COST according to point 3. RRE and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, as competent organs for overseeing the process for respecting the Energy Agreement Implementation Guide signed between Kosovo and Serbia, under the facilitated dialogue by the European Union”, has declared devegi Osmani.

The Elektrosever has been issued license on June 24th. According to the license, this company was forced to provide KEDSı and COSTT's latest consumer data within seven days.

30 days after the Elektrossever is equipped with a license, KEDS and KOST reportedly (under EU mediation, if required) will have access to the Vallaqi substation, as well as to the next transmission and distribution infrastructure.

In addition to the obligations I must fulfill, the Energy Regulatory Office had finally given a warning to this company.

If the company síi meets the requirements set within 100 days of the license issue, Z RRE had said it would be suspended or withdrawn.

If the higher-said requests are not met after a hundred days by the supply issuance date, Z The RRE will take all legal action to suspend and/or withdraw the license for supply for “Drustvo Elektrosever” D.O.O, according to legislation in effect, in accordance with Flight 8 of Energy Agreements Implementation Point, dated 21.06.2022”, says the ZRRE 911 decision.
