Twenty-one vehicles crashed as the police chief in Montana, Jay Nelson, said authorities believe the weather was the cause.
The “looks like there was strong winds, causing a zero-x1 dust storm, he said, nyt reports.
While the highway patrol did not have an exact number of injuries, Nelson said additional ambulances should be called by Billings.
Governor Greg Gianforte said on Friday he was “deeply grieved by news of a massive victim accident near Hardin”.
“
Otherwise, the car crash shut down traffic at “Interstat 90”, while highway patrols have already started investigation into accidents.
