A criminal outcry has been raised against Fatos Osmani, political adviser to Minister Arberie Nagavci's cabinet and one to Feime Llapestica, leaders for programme plans at the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and innovation (MASHT), under suspicion of misusing position or official authority.

Criminal tingling set up by the Publishing House “Laguas”, through lawyer Driton Muharremi, doubts that Fatos Osmani in the quality of the Council of Experts for Programs and School Texts (KEPTSH), in August and Feime Llapasica in the member's quality, have exceeded their competencies by failing to fulfill official duties, with the aim of profiting another and causing damage to the World House in question.

Initially, it is said that the Council of Experts for School Texts has published preliminary results for 4th and 9th-grader textbooks and 9th, respectively, the assessment of Mathematics 4 manuscript “Laguas” where the code-based M43 manuscripter in question rated 2.66 by claiming that the set lacks a working notebook and we have thus managed to pass the book on positive assessments.

However, the complaint commission had then invited the expert, and the same one said that the book meets the terms for use (calculation) and assessed it with a score of 3.00. Thus, according to this criminal complaint, the Council had ignored the commission's decision to complain about reevaluating the manuscript and continued with procedures.

The Justice Vow” has sent questions Thursday to Nagavci's adviser Fatos Osmani in e-mail to respond to “Laura”, but he has not returned.

In the meantime, not commenting on the claims of this publishing house, Council member Feime Llapashtica has conveyed “Justice Trust”, an e-mail in which the publishing house is said to have been announced that KEPSH has dealt very seriously with the issue and after the final assessment came to the conclusion that the book's rating of 2.66 does not belong to the 14th standard.

“Resenent M43 has not had to assess the 14th standard associated with the work notebook and therefore has not assessed that standard. It turns out that his points do not even belong to the 14th standard, and therefore the total score of 2.66 does not produce the effect of hurting this manuscript's appreciation because of the lack of a work notebook. KEPTS confirmed that the other two contenders have assessed the 14th standard and that the total score of the scores is due to a full assessment of the” manuscript, it says, in the email the commission had forwarded to the publishing house.

In contrast, the criminal parallel has proposed to the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina to make a decision to initiate the investigation and start investigations against suspects, file charges, and convict for criminal work “The use of official position or authority by Article 414, paragraph 3 points 3.6 over CPRC paragraph 1.
