The victory, worth 195 million pounds, is the greatest national Lottery ever, Camelot announced.
The unnamed winner coincided with winning numbers 06, 23, 27, 40, 41 with lucky stars 02 and 12.
Camelot's Andy Carter, the Supreme Council of Victors in National Lottery, said: “What a wonderful night for a ticket salesman in the United Kingdom who has won EuroMillion's largest jackpot of 195 million pounds!
This winner has just become the greatest winner of National Lottery of all time, the fourth lucky winner of the EuroMillions jackpot here this year and the 15th winner in the United Kingdom with over 100 million pounds.
“Players are urged to check their tickets and call us if they think they're the lucky winner who broke tonight's record.
Thanks to players from National Lottery, more than 30 million pounds are created every week for good cause throughout the country.
This supports everything, from local projects that make the difference where you live, to athletes of our nations at the next Commonwealth Games. ”
The massive price means that the ticket holder has more money than pop music singer Harry Styles, which is worth 100 million pounds, Phil Collins, who has banked 145 million pounds and Ozzy and Sharon Osborn, which has about 150 million pounds.
Tonight's victory means the winner has more than Joe and Jess Thwaite from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, who received home the 184,262,899 award in May of this year.
