The one at the start of the meeting has thanked the two heads of state for welcoming Afghans to Kosovo and Ukraine's support of the Russian aggressor, Periscopi explains.
“We are working together to determine some issues that are important to the US and your country. Thank you once again for welcoming the Afghans, the support you have had for aggression against Ukraine, you have worked in other ways, Blinken said.
He also cited signing the agreement with the MCC due tomorrow.
“Tomorrow you will sign the contract with the MCC, co-operated with all these issues and worked on critical regional security issues, but it is primarily an honor and a pleasure to welcome you to the State Department, Blinken said./ Periscope.
