The chairman of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, Mufti Naim Ternava, has hosted the Directorate of Inspectorate at the Food and Veterinary Agency, Ilirjana Zymberajn, today.
BIK reports that Mufti Ternava has expressed thanks for “AUV's continued support for managing the slaughter process”.
Mrs. Zymberaj expressed satisfaction with the current co-operation between AVUK and BIK, as well as expressed readiness for this good co-operation to continue further”, the media report said.
BIK and AUV have appealed to all Kosovo citizens who want to slaughter Kurban, to do so under the conditions and rules made by AVUK.
Kurban Bajrami this year is celebrated on Saturday (July 9th).
