Socialist Party Parliamentary Group Chairman Taulant Balla has called on Albanian Parliamentary MPs to vote on Dick Marty's report for war crimes claims by the Kosovo Liberation Army.
Balla has said they believe the KLA war and cause was clean and that those who committed crimes during 1999 were the Serb paramilitary army.
