Socialist Party Parliamentary Group Chairman Taulant Balla has called on Albanian Parliamentary MPs to vote on Dick Marty's report for war crimes claims by the Kosovo Liberation Army.

Balla has said they believe the KLA war and cause was clean and that those who committed crimes during 1999 were the Serb paramilitary army.

The next “of our past stand for assessing the legitimacy of the heroic and liberation war of the Kosovo Liberation Army, and resurfaceing our stance that no parallel can be established between the inhumane massacres, ethnic cleansings, deportations, rapes, plundering and war crimes by leaders and members of the official Serbian war machine and its paramilitaries during the war in Kosovo, on one hand and the cause of the KLA's justice and the right war in response to the lives and freedom of the people in Kosovo, any suspicion of crimes is to be cleared by legal bodies. But the process in this matter would have to end once in order for people to find the strength to reconcile and live together, healing the wounds of the past”, Balla said.

Balla has stated that after a 10-year investigation work, they have initiated this resolution against Dick Marty's 2011 report.

“Pica 1 and 4 of this report remains unexplained and based on evidence and evidence. These points contain that people whose organs have been smuggled out of” have been killed, Balla has said, reports Klan Kosova.tv.

On July 18, The SP deposited the proposal for the resolution and text of the resolution, with which Albania will reject claims on organ trafficking.

In the proposal for a resolution that SP deputies Tulant Balla have initiated, Mimi Kodeli, Clotilda Bushka, Etilda Gjonaj, Blendi Klosi, Ejen Xhafaj, Petro Koci, Hatage Konomi, Bardil Kolcak, Ilir Pendavinji of Arben Plumbi reportedly believes that there will be the support of all members of Albania's Parliament “and that with this project the resolution is aimed at the steadfast will to help justice and support any efforts aimed at revealing the truth.

While in the text of the draft resolution, which is expected to be proposed to Albanian lawmakers, it is said that deepening investigations about Dick Marty's claims of organ trafficking remain unarranged, untested and groundless, so it is stressed that such should also be considered by internationals.
