During this meeting, the Audition Committee reported, by which cases were reviewed by the AKP's Auditor Unit Finalisation Report on the process of renting assets, with recommendations to improve this process.
The Board also reviewed and approved sales transactions of No.55 assets that were held last month, as well as approved the list of assets for placing in the public tender for the sale wave of no.57, which includes 34 assets. In this case, the Board called on Kosovo municipalities to submit the requirements according to legal procedures in the event they have any interest in any of these assets for the purpose of public interest in which all written municipalities will be contacted.
For three companies: Keramic Industries, Skopje; Gazela and Sirovina Banat (otpad), Zrenjanin, reports of the Commission establishing their status as social companies were approved, and the Commission's report on selling residences with the right to exploitation was adopted.
During this meeting, the Board of Directors approved the proposal to initiate the sheep sale procedure, the property of the social company “Sharrprotion”, Dragash. He also approved the change of surfaces used at the company Hotel Grand. NTP De Bona Auto; Ephesus Travel Kosova; Brovina? Laurette? At the same time, it approved distribution reports for the following social enterprise creditors: KB Kosovo; June 19th; PMN Sharr Han of Elez; Mining Hotel Gjilan; Pristina Freedom; KB Ferizaj; FBI Trepca Peja; and Kosovo's Montage, as well as approved the final reports for the liquidation company .
The board reviewed the social company's monthly report “Brezovica”, which is under AKP administration and demanded that all necessary preparations be made, both for skiing grounds and hotel spaces operating under the company, in order to provide as good conditions for tourists in the coming season. /Periscopi/
