The former prime minister says that the reproductive part is leaving Kosovo, which will result in a drastic decline in nightliness.
Because these people are the most reproductive part of the population, over the long term this rate of migration will cause drastic, unnatural, nighting trend in the years and decades to come, Hoti has written down to published statistics.
