Montenegrin police have arrested George Rrustemaj, a 30-year-old from Kosovo who allegedly stabbed police officer Miradin Paljevic in Ulcinj.
As Montenegrin medium Vijesti writes, the prosecutor has appointed the 72-hour ban on Kosovo, the Express follows.
