Gnjilan, 27.06.2022 The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants F. St.

There is doubt that by the date 24.07.2022 around 5 o'clock, on the “Merula Idrizi” in Gjilan, on the street and in public place, the defendant after a case dispute with the injured E. E. Who was listening to music and was sitting in VIG 6, white like passengers, physically assaulted by defendant F. S., punching and kicking several times in different parts of the body, until other persons present intervened to evacuate the defendant.

The defendant's actions allegedly carried out the criminal act of assault, sanctioned by the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

The preliminary procedure judge has estimated that legal reasons remain for appointing the detention measure to the defendants, since other alternative measures would be insufficient at this stage of criminal procedure.

The sides have the right to appeal to this decision on the detention assignment at the Court of Appeals.
