Kosovo police report that around 12:40 today, it has been informed that a 15-year-old baby was born in the Gynecology Department at Prizren Regional Hospital.
The report says that the same was in communities outside of marriage with an adult person by a large age difference.
The minor had been taken to the hospital by 18.07,2022.
“Police patrols and investigators have gone to Prizren Regional Hospital, where they received information that the minor has been living in the village of Metveca, ”, the media report said.
After consulting the attorney, the case has been opened for criminal work “extramarital co-ordination with the person under sixteen years of age”.
“The suspect has been interviewed and the evidence and necessary evidence” has been collected, said further in the statement.
The case goes with regular procedure and is being investigated by the Regional Investigation Sector.
