At least 15 people have been killed and about 20 others are suspected of remaining in ruins, after Russian missiles hit an apartment block in Chasiv Yar, a town in eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian officials said. One side of the five - story building was shattered, leaving ruins. Chasiv Yar is near the town of Kramatorsk, in the Donnetsk region.
The region's governor, Pavlo Kyryenko, said the attack was carried out by Russian missiles Urigan, the BBC reports.
