Konjufca has declared she has so far met Jakup Krasniqi and Peter Shala.

He said he is deeply concerned about the management of the judicial process against former KLA leaders. He said that, although there have been times since the indictment against former KLA leaders is known, this process is taking long to be carried out.

With what we're seeing going on in the Special Court, we're very worried and very unhappy because it's been 24 months since we know what the indictment is. With the indictment written and not started the trial, the question is why these people have not been protected in freedom until now. This could be defined as isolation. ”

Konjufca called the Special Court “the laws of the shpit”.

We like Kosovo and as institutions of this country see it as a concern. We had major disagreements about establishing the Special Court. It's not like it was made out of fun, but it was some kind of fair court. Even those who have raised their hand before the Court have thought that if it were not done by Kosovo, it would be done by the United Nations and Kosovo would still suffer. So we know that then it wasn't easy either for the cases that voted against or for those who voted for this trial”, Konjufca said.

Its next-to-date <x0) work has many defects because what it immediately gets attention has to do with the fact that it's been nearly two years since the former heads are in isolation and the judicial process is not starting”, he added further.

Konjufca also said he is expected to meet with Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselini tomorrow.
