MASTTI also requires that both sides of the test be advised that the managers arrive more time at the Test Center, have with them their test management guide, follow the rules of the test management under DV guidelines. SM- MASTTI, to inform students of rules to observe during the testing process, not to allow students to enter the Test Center by phone, to inform the manager that they will be excluded from the process in the event they fail to comply with responsibilities, and that measures will be taken to them under legislation in effect”, the report said.
