The decision was made on May 26th, as it was published today, writes news. In this case, the French presiding judge of the preliminary procedure has ordered the defence to submit its parachutes regarding the next detention review by 29 June.
Meanwhile, the prosecution has been given a deadline to do so by July 6th.
Otherwise, with this decision the preliminary judge has ignored police and third states' contests in Thaci's case for protecting the KLA leaders in freedom.
