Besim Shaban from the nongovernmental organisation “Development Agency” has counted the challenges facing Albanian producers of the Presevo Valley.
“The products of our producers cannot penetrate Serbia due to national affiliation”, he said.
Producers, in addition to the labor challenge, also have market restrictions.
