“I said earlier, we commit visa liberalisation to come as soon as conditions have been met, and we talk to all partners to obey as we are convinced in”.
Scholz said further that Kosovo is a reliable partner and that he has testified to this in response to Russian aggression in Ukraine. While visiting Kosovo as the first to begin for the Western Balkans, he said it shows the close bilateral relationship of both states.
He added that the Berlin Process wants to relive and that in autumn he invited Prime Minister Albin Kurti to the conference in Berlin.
