Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, for state news agency RIA Novosti, said Moscow sees as “extremely negative” the military aid package -- including the US's Senior Rictor Movement System -- that it will send to Ukraine.
The weapons, demanded for a long time from Ukraine, are intended to help Ukraine attack hostile forces with greater accuracy from a distance away.
So far, the United States had refused to send long-range artillery after fear they could be used against limits in Russia.
But, Beden has said that legal assistance would strengthen Kiev's position in negotiations with Russia and increase the possibility of a diplomatic solution,
Ukraine's president, Voldymyr Zelensky, has said his country “is not intended to attack Russia”.
