Pacolli: How is it that Tirana removes every barricade and exploits this event and Kosovo throws it away?

Pacolli has called the state's failure to remove a festival like Sunny Hill, Periscope follows.

Last month I was personally involved with the steps that were taken to organise this event, and it's a huge failure by our country. What has happened today (for me is a “Déjà v”), really shouldn't have happened. Kosovo deserved I Love Lip and all that raper of international and local singers who would perform at the festival, and I want Lipa did not deserve to be deprived of performance in her hometown.
