Niggic nervous about Kosovo's decisions on license plates and documents: They have the support of Western powers

Following the recent decision of the Government of Kosovo, where it is binding to register at the RKS parallel municipal plates, and reciprocity for ID, is Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, who is addressing the Serbian people.
