He adds that Albania has the best geopolitical position in its state's history.
“Albania today has the best position in the international arena, or as Dukajni said, in international relations. Albania is a state that has the leadership of the Security Council. Two years is a member of the UN KS. It's a big accomplishment. The countries of the Western Balkans are leaders. It's got a big opening. NATO's only bases are being built in Southeast Europe”, it concluded.
