Albania's Ambassador to Kosovo, Kemal Minxhozi, has said he sees it impossible for Kosovo Albanians to be given Albania's passports.

Minxhozi has said after some reactions by members of civil society that this must be done, since the European Union is continuing to liberalise visas for Kosovo.

We are all Albanians. I see it impossible. Albania's insistence on the possibility to pressure the decision-making bodies so that Kosovo's citizens are not Europe's black sheep, but to be equipped with the European passport and to move towards the goals they have set themselves”, Minxhozi is expressed in the Kosova FM Clan.

Kosovo belongs to its citizenship. Kosovo should not be deprived of its right to bring about and the steps of democratisation. Kosovo is simply not historical reality, but which with its work has deserved to be part of the European family. Kosovo's 50 years ago is being denied today”.
