Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group head Mimoza Kusari '%Lila has voiced conviction that the Bill to withdraw financial means from the Trust will not be approved by the Parliament.
She made these statements in Tawa 1, as she added that “in a hypothetical situation” if that happens then would destroy the pension fund system, but also the future of 600 thousand citizens.
“I am convinced that it will not pass, however a hypothetical situation in a decision directly affects the destruction of a system, but also the destruction and damage of the future of 600 thousand citizens consciously of the loss of a network or the guarantor system for actual oldness”, she said.
According to her, it is worrying that as such an initiative, which has been launched by the Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy, has taken great momentum.
The fact that as an initiative by a PDK deputy has taken this momentum is to worry, it is either understood by citizens at a time when there is opportunity to pull out the tools, but incomprehensible for opposition parties that were initially opposed has enough academics to know that such a withdrawal in the Trust law would burden it, it added.
Even the chief of LVV's GP stressed that this attraction would not benefit those in need, but citizens of the middle class.
“While currently the situation is much more dramatic because we talk about 600m euros that can be withdrawn from the Trust, the tools invested outside Kosovo, and also because over 350,000 holders of accounts in the Trust would have small amounts to attract while those who would have access to middle class and are not citizens in need”, she said.
