Kosovo war crimes suspect arrested, the case where 9 people were killed in Pec, 5 others disappeared

The case concerns the offensive of Serbian military, police and paramilitary forces of the 07.05.1999 region of Peja, where nine nine civilians of Albanian nationality were allegedly killed and five other Albanian civilians disappeared as well.

By order of the State Prosecutor, the defendant is under arrest and police ban to be sent before the Pre-emptive Procedure Judge within the legal deadline.
