Kosovo with Prime Minister Albin Kurti are isolating themselves in the international arena. The picture of all leaders of the Western Balkans, where only Kosovo was missing, is the photograph that does not need Kosovo's foreign policy”, Behram has declared.
The Structural Co-operation Initiative “Open Macedonia” -- which included Serbia, Northern Macedonia and Albania -- was taken by Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, Northern Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama in October 2019. The initiative was originally named “Mini-Shengen” and envisions free movement of capital, goods, services and people between the three countries. In addition to these three countries at today's summit as observer countries, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are participating.
