State head Ilir Meta has accepted the resignation from the post of FA Chief of General Staff of Bajram Begaj, who will now be voted in the country's new president.
From Istanbul, where it is located for official visit, Ilir Meta “has signed the decree for the release of Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania, as well as the release of active service to the Armed Forces of Major General Bajram Rushhi Begaj”, writes Meta spokesman Teddy Blushi on Facebook, where he posted the firm's launch video.
Today the SP's proposal, Bajram Begaj, will be voted in the country for the post of new head of state.
Begaj gave up today the rank he held and the duty of Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces. But prior to the vote in the Parliament, this resignation had to be accepted and head of state Ilir Meta.
