Northern Macedonia discusses strategic partnership with the US. This is important for the entire region. I commend the foreign minister of northern Macedonia for this achievement.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo government neglects Washington's September 4th 2020 Agreement, which is the nature of strategic partnership between Kosovo and the US.
The basic questions are:
1. Why is this agreement being neglected?
2. Why is the feasibility study being ignored to connect Pristina with railways at the Adriatic Port?
3. Why is access to financing being ignored for small and medium-sized enterprises in American financial markets?
4. Why is the possibility of bilateral projects being ignored?
5. Why is implementation of the Kosovo agreement being neglected- The US for Investment Inentiva, signed on December 31, 2020 by the Hoti Government?
6. Why was the agreement with the MCC for energy, including gas networks and power - storage batteries, postponed for more than a year, eventually agreed on for batteries?
