Interior Minister Gerald Darman announced the plan for dealing with damage and suggested that the government would decide the state of natural disaster in some regions.
During the powerful storm of the day before, when authorities had announced emergency from bad weather to 65 regions, thousands remained without electricity.
The minister explains that civilian emergency forces have been responding to the 3100 aid applications during the last days, while more than 2,500 people are on alert to assist. / A2 CNN
