We took a geopolitical decision for Eastern Europe, but we cannot have the same strategic perspective for the Western Balkans. This generates deep frustration in the region. I'm proud of our European leadership in the East, but we have to regain it for our southeastern neighbours”, Lajcak wrote today on Twitter.
