Among other things, Fevziu says the Albanian state was entitled for dignity reasons and for a report of respect for Nishan's personality.
Blendi Fevziu: As far as I have information and I believe I'm not wrong: The Albanian state has paid nothing for Bujar Nishani's treatment. A treatment that must have had enormous sums, I cannot talk about it, but that the Albanian state was entitled to for dignity and for a report of respect for his personality because we haven't had much with the entire history of Albania, we have had 9 presidents joining Ahmet Zogu. The Albanian state, I know, has paid nothing for his treatment. It would be in the dignity of the State for such high personalities to have medication involved. The Albanian state has paid for the treatment of many characters and has done very well -- whoever needs it -- the state can pay it if it can pay.
