Property issues are not addressed at all. It is only a guide for steps to be taken to normalize the issue. We have also published the guide, in no word any assets are mentioned, because guidance or starting is Kosovo's legislation that recognises KED as monopolist in providing the distribution service in Kosovo”, told Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, at the same time chief negotiator of the Kosovo side in dialogue with Serbia.
Bislimi has also answered questions about why the opposition Vetevendosje Movement called the agreement harmful.
We have not accepted the agreement. The deal is there. The problem has been that the agreement when it was signed was bad and we said it publicly and we've objected to it because the moment you negotiate it, you have room for negotiation and we think it was a harmful deal, but implementation was even more harmful. What we've done with today's development is that we have turned the situation into normal, but without saying the deal is good”, he said.
