Auditor submits report on 16 million infrastructure ministry tender, violations identified

The department's director, Luan Sabedinaj, and the two infrastructure audiences -- Minere Gashi and Ajjet Mehmeti.
Because the audit unit has been engaged, the minister, Libun Aliu, has publicly accepted this in an interview for a TV medium.
Periscop has learned that ministry officials have completed the audit report, and the same have been delivered to the Secretary General's office and to the office of Minister Aliu. It is learned that several violations involving the tender assessment phase are listed in the report, as well as the establishment of certain discrimination criteria during the initiative of the procurement procedure.
Periscop will publish this report, after applying for access to this public document to the Ministry of Infrastructure, under the No/L-081 Law for access to public documents.
Also, Periscop has learned from his sources that, an audit has begun for this tender, and the chief of the audit unit at the Ministry of Infrastructure, which has not been invited to be part of this process on the part of Minister Aliu. It's learned that the same is not being allowed access to all the documentation he's dedicated for research. The same has begun auditing in a personal initiative, calling to law on the matter.
The tender, which is specifically called “The winter and summer maintenance of the A7 Highway (Abraham Rugova) -lot 1 and 2. The winter and summer maintenance of the highway (Arber Xhaferi) -lot 3 and 4” - currently occurs in the suspension phase. /M. B-Periscope/
