Arrest warrant issued for Dardan Moliqaj

Because Dardan Molyqaj chairman of the Social Democrat Party (PSD) and other indictee Fatos Sahiti have been missing at Wednesday's session, it has again failed to launch judgment in the case where they are charged with the physical clash between them and Vetevendosje MP Hakki Abazi, following a televised debate in 2019. Regarding the absence of indictee Moliqaj, Judge Pacolli-Rexhepi said the court following the Kosovo Police report's admission that the same is not accessible to the address issued by the tribunal on 1 June has issued arrest warrants against him, which will remain active for a year.
Under these circumstances, the session was postponed indefinitely.
Judge Pacolli-Rejepi indicated that for accused Dardan Mollaj, the arrest warrant remains active, the same be brought to court after the arrest.
And for the accused Sahiti, the judge said they have issued a bail warrant for this session, but by the Kosovo Police have accepted an official report that the submission of the address has been made to the same, but they have not been able to secure the correct address.
This consisting, according to Judge Pacolli-Rejepi, is contradictory to the findings under the warrant delivered via mail on April 28th 2022 for the preliminary hearing of June 1st, where it has been concluded that the same rejects accepting the invitation.

Otherwise, according to the indictment filed on February 18th 2020 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor, defendants Dardan Moliqaj and Fatos Sahiti are charged with committing criminal work “in co-ordination. Attack”
The indictment reportedly appears on September 11, 2019, about 22:00 in Fushe Kosovo, at the “College. AAB”, top defendants after the end of the debate on “Presing” to the TV studio T7, where Andrew Shala, Rexhep Hoti, Hakki Abazi and Dardan Moliqaj, were invited to the TV studio, once in front of the AAB college corridor, defendant Moliqaj has initially called the damage to Haki “here to speak what he meant in the debate”, which was ahead of them in the corridor of the association with Rexhep Hoti.
