Captain Richard Meulenberg confirmed the death toll. He said even the assailant was dead. Still not clear how the assailant died.
The “polists are currently searching every room in the building to make sure there are no further threats”, police said in a Facebook post shortly before 6:00. “We know there are many injuries and there may be many victims. ”
Mr. Meulenberg also said that many people were injured and that the medical complex was a catastrophic “yourselves.
St. Francisco's hospital closed its campus on Wednesday afternoon due to the situation at the “Naliare”.
Tens of police vehicles have gone to the scene, and authorities have blocked traffic in the hospital campus while investigating the attack by gun.
