Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, has said Russia has bypassed most international sanctions due to the lack of a united global position against its invasion in Ukraine.
Zelensky claimed that some of the countries that imposed sanctions against Russia were at the same time helping Moscow bypass most of them, Sky News reports.
“This is why, unfortunately, we are not seeing that sanctions have put too much pressure on Russia”, Zelensky told them.
In addition, the Ukrainian leader called on world leaders to impose sanctions on Moscow, saying it is the right weapon against Russia.
