“Crima is an autonomous republic, it has its rights and a parliament that has always been, but it is Ukrainian territory”, Zelensky said.
“We are ready to talk to Russia, but now you will not delegate a verdict on Crime. Let us put aside this question if it impedes negotiations and a meeting between the two presidents”, the Ukrainian leader added.
